Shipping policy

At OG Diaries, we are committed to delivering our diaries, customized diaries, journals, and other stationery products safely and on time. Every order is carefully packaged and shipped through trusted logistics partners to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

1. Order Processing

Standard diary orders are typically processed within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Customized diary orders may require an additional 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS with your tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

Within India: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on eligible orders, as displayed on our website.
If applicable, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹199 advance payment is required at the time of placing the order to confirm your purchase.

This amount is adjusted against your total order value and is not an additional charge.

The ₹199 advance payment is non-refundable if:

The customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery.
The order is returned to us (Return to Origin - RTO) due to non-acceptance.
An incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided.
The customer is unavailable to receive the order after reasonable delivery attempts by the courier.

This policy helps cover the operational and shipping costs incurred in processing COD orders.

By placing a COD order, you agree to these terms.

5. Courier Partners

We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner may vary depending on your delivery location.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

OG Diaries is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Customized Orders

Customized or personalized diaries are made specifically according to your requirements. As a result, these orders may require additional production time before dispatch. The estimated production timeline will be communicated during checkout or after order confirmation.
