Welcome to OG Diaries. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our diaries, customized diaries, journals, and other stationery products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or the manufacturing process.

  • Product specifications and dimensions may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Customized or personalized products are manufactured according to the information provided by the customer. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all customization details, including names, text, spellings, images, and design preferences, are accurate before placing the order. OG Diaries shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

2. Payments

We accept the following payment methods, where available:

  • Online Payments

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Digital Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

2.1 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹199 advance payment is required at the time of placing the order to confirm your purchase.

This amount is adjusted against your total order value and is not an additional charge.

The ₹199 advance payment is non-refundable if:

  • The customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery.

  • The order is returned to us (Return to Origin - RTO) due to non-acceptance.

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided.

  • The customer is unavailable to receive the order after reasonable delivery attempts by the courier.

This policy helps cover logistics and operational costs incurred in processing COD orders.

By placing a COD order, you agree to these terms.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Pricing or typographical errors.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Violation of these Terms of Service.

  • Any other reason deemed necessary to protect our business or customers.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Product designs

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Product descriptions

  • Website design and layout

  • Branding elements

is the exclusive property of OG Diaries or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or used without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OG Diaries shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners.

  • Delivery delays due to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • Minor variations in product appearance that do not affect the intended functionality or quality of the product.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this website. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
